With every day pressures from their peers and life, Red Tiger teaches teens how to deal with stress, pressure of social influences and every day challenges in a high energy, positive, and fun environment. We also teach our teens an in depth real life scenario self-defense component. Our students are taught the value of focus, respect, and discipline in a supportive atmosphere with positive role models. Our teens will learn how to generate speed, power and balance. We also have a major focus on kick boxing. Kick boxing combines striking with various powerful hand techniques and kicks used in martial arts. Students are taught various kicks, punches, blocks as well as other defensive techniques. They will also have the opportunity to practice shadow boxing, bagwork and pad training.
