SELF-DEFENSE FOR WOMEN IN CLOVERDALE, BC
Our Self Defense Program for women comprehensively explains multiple ranges of attack and defense within a context of how (any) woman can best execute basic techniques to keep themselves safe. The program is designed to give women a working knowledge of 3 important ranges of attack. It also coaches women to learn and understand the capabilities of their own body.
Participation in this class often leads to interesting discoveries about the natural abilities and predispositions of each student. Highly recommended for both beginners and skilled practitioners of all martial arts.
