Our adult classes offer a wide range of fun, energetic workouts that will help you improve your overall physical health. You may lose unwanted weight, gain stamina and endurance. When a body is challenged physically and mentally, you will not only see physical improvements but your mind will be stronger and focused. We have a cardio/fitness component to make you sweat and various materials to improve overall strength, power and speed. All of our adult classes are taught in a positive and supportive environment, with everyone learning at their own pace.
We offer a blend of martial arts, which draws from the strengths, of Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Hapkido, Hwarang-Do, Escrima, Arnis weapons and our "real life" self-defense scenarios. We have also incorporated a major kick boxing component. Using speed, agility and power, kick boxing combines punches with various powerful kicks used in martial arts. Through padwork and bagwork and custom made drills- students will learn how to strike as well as move defenseively.
